YCCC provides on-campus support for students, staff and faculty. Our office is located on the second floor across from the library in room A216/A218.
If you are having technical difficulties with any of the YCCC provided services, please check our FAQ section found here, or let us know by submitting a support ticket to the IT support desk.
Guidelines for submitting a support request:
When submitting a support request, please provide as much detail as possible. Please include the following:
- Your full name
- Your student ID number. If you do not have this, please contact enrollment services at (207) 216-4492 or (207) 216-4402.
- If you are having a problem with a computer, please include the computer's tag number. This is on a white YCCC sticker on the side or top of the computer's case. It will be a 4-digit number. Please also include the room where the computer is located.
- If you are having an issue with the college website or portal (not including login issues), please include the URL to the page you are having the issue on.
