Policies for both external and internal requests:

There is a limit of 2 organizations in the lobby at any one time.

Please see the calendar to the right for current availability before submitting your request.

Requests are on a first-come, first-serve basis and priority is given to YCCC affiliated departments, groups, clubs, or organizations. Requests must be made via the Lobby Reservation Request Form (see below). Complete policies regarding lobby use can be found on this form.

Please fill out the form completely, sign, and return to:

*Your lobby space is secured when you receive a confirmation email from Jessica or Deidre

Monday-Thursday (busiest days on campus) most classes follow the below schedule:
5:30-6:45 (or later)

  • SPRING 2017 semester begins: Tuesday, January 17 (and ends on May 6)
  • Requests for lobby time for non-YCCC parties will begin after January 24. For the YCCC internal community, it will be limited during the first week of the semester
  • YCCC became a smoke and tobacco free campus September 2015
  • YCCC will be closed on the following dates during the SP17 semester: 2/20, 3/13-3/18, 4/17
