YCCC provides on-campus support for students, staff and faculty. Our office is located on the second floor across from the library in room A216/A218.

If you are having technical difficulties with any of the YCCC provided services, please check our FAQ section found here, or let us know by submitting a support ticket to the IT support desk.

Guidelines for submitting a support request:

When submitting a support request, please provide as much detail as possible. Please include the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your student ID number. If you do not have this, please contact enrollment services at (207) 216-4403.
  • If you are having a problem with a computer, please include the computer's tag number. This is on a white YCCC sticker on the side or top of the computer's case. It will be a 4-digit number. Please also include the room where the computer is located.
  • If you are having an issue with the college website or portal (not including login issues), please include the URL to the page you are having the issue on.

There is a known issue with Blackboard that causes instructors to get an "Access Denied" error when trying to access an unavailable Forum. There is no official solution for this from Blackboard support at this time.
