Please fill out this Technical Support Request Form.

When submitting the support request, please provide as much detail as possible. Please include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Your student ID number. If you do not have this, please contact your Success Coach here or you can email The Office of Registration & Records at enrollmentservices@yccc.edu. 

  • If you are having a problem with a computer, please include the computer's tag number. This is on a white YCCC sticker on the side or top of the computer's case. It will be a 4-digit number. Please also include the room where the computer is located.

  • If you are having an issue with the college website or portal (not including login issues), please include the URL to the page you are having the issue on.
