Please fill out this Technical Support Request Form.

When submitting the support request, please provide as much detail as possible. Please include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Your student ID number. If you do not have this, please contact your Success Coach here or you can email The Office of Registration & Records at 

  • If you are having a problem with a computer, please include the computer's tag number. This is on a white YCCC sticker on the side or top of the computer's case. It will be a 4-digit number. Please also include the room where the computer is located.

  • If you are having an issue with the college website or portal (not including login issues), please include the URL to the page you are having the issue on.


YCCC Password policy change - All faculty & staff must change their password
