Book vouchers are available to students who have met both the following criteria:
- completed all required documentation with the Financial Aid office, and/or who have provided valid proof from a third-party vendor.
- have guaranteed financial aid that exceeds the cost of tuition and fees will be eligible for book vouchers, and/or valid proof that a Third Party will pay for the students books.
Book vouchers will typically be available 2 weeks prior to the beginning of a term. Those who qualify may pick up a voucher may purchase books directly through the bookstore in the Main building of the Wells campus or online at https://yccc.bncollege.com/. No physical voucher is needed. The names of students with book vouchers will be kept on file in the bookstore. The book voucher process will typically start 2 weeks prior to the beginning of a term.
Please note: A book voucher is a direct charge to the students account. If a Student becomes ineligible for financial aid or financial aid is reduced, the student will be responsible for payment of book voucher charges accordingly. The college reserves the right to forfeit book voucher issuance to a student(s) who has shown a willful history of non-payment to the college.
